The WWA AGM was held last night at the Nedlands Yatch Club, the new committee was elected and the committee are all set to to go with the organising of events for the 2008/09 season.

The committee is listed on our committee page with 5 general committee members also putting their hands up to help out with events this year.

One of the points raised at the meeting was that times change, members and their situations change, people seem to have less time and what time we do have needs to be spent doing things we enjoy, so with that in mind WWA will be taking  a new direction in the way that we organise events, to make them more fun , easy to attend and stress free, hopefully we can achieve this in the comming months.

The WWA Committee is proud to extend an invitation to all 08 members , guest and lovers of windsurfing to our annual presentation function, to be held at the Left Bank Bar Cafe in Fremantle fri the 28 march 8.30pm.

Members attending will recieve complimentary drinks tickets (limited) and a designated bar will be availiable on the mezanine floor where the function will be held. Please come along and help us acknowledge wa's oustanding efforts in windsurfing in 07/08.

An open invitation is extended to anyone who would like to join us for a stylish Pre - Presentation Dinner at the Left Bank resturant at 7pm. Menu is A la Carte/payment - individuals responsible- unsubsidised.
