Now in its second year and incorporating the Foil One WA State Championships. Competition will be conducted in a “battle of the boards” format “Pan Am Cup” style, in the disciplines of Course Racing, Slalom and Marathon with each race and other event allowing unrestricted pumping. The objective is the best sailor on the best equipment will win each race and the series overall and this is the spirit of the event. An entrant is permitted to use different boards and sails in each event or race provided that on signing in for the series and for each race and in entering on topyacht it nominates the unique sail number(s) to be used. Eligible windsurfing equipment includes:
- Windfoil
- Wingfoil
- Raceboard/Funboard/Formula/RSX/Division 2 (i.e. any longboard with a fin, mast and sail.)
- Slalom Board with fin and sail.
- Bic/TAHE Techno
- Foil One Class
- Windsurfer Class
